We are seeking a highly skilled Sublimation Printing Machine Operator to join our growing team. This position requires expertise in operating sublimation printing equipment, ensuring production quality, and meeting deadlines efficiently. As a Sublimation Printing Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process by creating high-quality prints on fabrics, textiles, and other materials. You will also ensure that all machinery operates efficiently and that all output meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor sublimation printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for each production run.
• Review and interpret production orders, design files, and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine logs.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sublimation Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sublimation printing processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and print design handling.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with printing machines.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
